EMJ Cleaning owner, Eric Cano, was just interviewed to answer frequently asked questions about household cleaning for his current and future clients.

(ATLANTA, GA) Eric Cano, owner of EMJ Cleaning, a house cleaning service in Atlanta, was recently interviewed to answer frequently asked questions from residential and commercial clients regarding EMJ’s services. One of Cano’s first statements confirmed that EMJ’s employees are licensed, bonded and insured and carry liability insurance, including Workers Compensation and Bonding Insurance.

During the interview, Cano discussed the process behind clients securing one of EMJ’s services, from carpet cleaning to move-out cleaning. “Typically two or three of EMJ’s staffers will arrive on-site,” stated Cano. “On average, it takes our team about 2-4 hours to clean a home. That’s 2-4 hours you could set aside for personal or work-related issues if you utilized our services. Cleaning is very time-consuming and we want to help you cut out the middle man to do the things you want or need to do.”

Eric Cano stated that for convenience purposes, homeowners have the option of leaving prior to the arrival of EMJ’s team: “If you need to go to work or if you have an appointment, our cleaning crew can still come and go. That’s the beauty of our services. We are all about convenience.” EMJ Cleaning has all of the products and equipment necessary for a job-well-done. Payments are required upon date of requested service and a discount will be provided to the client if the cleaning crew arrives later than the scheduled time. In addition, Cano stated in the interview that the company will replace any item damaged during one of EMJ’s cleaning services, or the client can choose to receive cash back equivalent to the item’s value. “Making our clients happy is why we’re in this business,” concluded Cano.
