First, we would like to let you know that our company is bonded and insured for any accidents or damages that may occur in your home during our cleaning services. Feel free to call us within the first 24 hours to make your warranty valid in case the service we provided does not meet your expectations or if any cleaning-related incident occurred.

What we do in inhabited homes: DEEP CLEANING SERVICES
Bedrooms:
  • Change sheets in master Bedroom (included in regular cleaning)
  • Clean spider webs
  • Dust Furniture (included in regular cleaning)
  • Clean Fans lights
  • Clean Baseboards
  • Vacuuming all carpet areas (included in regular cleaning)
  • Vacuuming all floors and Mopping (included in regular cleaning)
  • Clean the windows frames and blinds
  • Clean the outside and inside the doors

Living Room:
  • Vacuuming all carpet areas (included in regular cleaning)
  • Mopping all tile floors (included in regular cleaning)
  • Dust the Furniture and Accessories (included in regular cleaning)
  • Dust fireplace if it’s needed (included in regular cleaning)
  • Clean Fans, Blinds, Doors, Window sills
  • Organize pillows (included in regular cleaning)

Bathrooms:
  • Scrub Toilet / Bathtub / Shower (included in regular cleaning and more detailed in deep)
  • Window Frames, Blinds, Doors, and Baseboards
  • Clean light fixtures & Spider Webs
  • Cabinet Counters (outside) (included in regular cleaning)
  • Mirrors and Accessories (included in regular cleaning)
  • Sink – Mopping all floors (included in regular cleaning)
  • Take out trash and replace bags (included in regular cleaning)

Kitchen:

(included in regular cleaning and more detailed in deep)

  • Wipe clean stove top and outside of oven door
  • Wipe toaster clean
  • Coffee Machine should be washed
  • Clean top, sides, and front of refrigerator
  • Spot check all appliances and outside cabinet doors for dust, dirt, and smudges
  • Put new trash bags in trash can if existing
  • Shine chrome on faucets of sink
  • Scour sink, do not leave any dirty dishes in sink unless dishwasher is full
  • If empty, load dishwasher with all dirty dishes, from the sink and check all rooms for dishes, clean front of dishwasher

Laundry Room:

(included in regular cleaning)

  • Washing Machine (outside) Dryer (outside)
  • Cabinets (outside) Vacuum, Sweep, & Mop all floors

Floors:
  • Mop Kitchen and Bathroom floors (included in regular cleaning)
  • Vacuum / mop hardwood floors (included in regular cleaning)
  • Spot scrub any scuff or food marks on all floors
  • Vacuum all rooms and hallways (included in regular cleaning)

EXTRA SERVICES:
  • WIPE CLEAN THE STOVE INSIDE/REFRIGERATOR INSIDE (EXTRA CHARGES STARTING AT $40 PER APPLIANCE)
  • SWEEP OR CLEAN GARAGE (EXTRA CHARGES STARTING AT $45)
  • SWEEP OR CLEAN SUNROOM (EXTRA CHARGES STARTING AT $35) MOVING FURNITURE TO VACUUM (EXTRA CHARGES STARTING AT $35)
  • PICKING UP CARPETS (NO CHARGES IN DEEP CLEANING)
  • SWEEP OUTSIDE PATIOS (EXTRA CHARGES STARTING AT $35)
  • CLEAN INTERIOR WINDOWS (EXTRA CHARGES STARTING AT $4 PER WINDOW)
FREQUENT QUESTIONS

We do not provide maid service, such as hand washing dishes, laundry neither washing, drying, folding, hanging up, nor putting away laundry.

ARRIVALS: We work 6 days a week during the following arrival time frames: 8 -10am, 10am-12pm , 11am-1pm, 12pm-2pm & 2-4pm, Monday-Saturday. We do not work on Sunday’s. We never give exact time arrivals due to many factors, such as weather, traffic, car problems, etc.

CANCELATIONS: They have to be at least 24 business hours in advance. All cancelations must be received before 5pm Eastern time. Any cancelation made same day and less than 24hrs. will have a $50.00 last minute cancellation fee.

MATERIALS: We supply our own products and equipment, unless there is a specific product (yours) that you wish for our teams to use, don’t worry about supplying anything. If you do wish for them to use your products/ equipment, please let us know.

PAYMENTS :  We accept cash and credit/debit card payments only. Checks are acceptable ONLY if on a recurring schedule.
